Sheet Pan Sweet and Spicy Tofu

Sweet and Spicy Tofu

Whether you've made tofu before or this is your first time trying it at home, this recipe is bound to become a go to at dinner time. Even for those of you who do eat meat, making vegetarian meals can be really rewarding. Plus, however you pair these tofu delights, there are so many ingredients you can find locally. Head to your local farmers' market or natural food store to stock up farm fresh veggies. For all you plant eaters out there, here's a fun fact: while traditional kimchi often uses shrimp paste or fish sauce, our kimchi is 100% vegan and vegetarian

A note from the chef–– This recipe is super quick, really effortless and can be served so many ways! Make epic rice bowls, serve it with some stir fried veggies, or drop these tofu pieces into steaming bowls of hot ramen, hello lover.  Don’t forget the heaping mounds of hot kimchi as a side (total drool or maybe it’s just me as I’m forever addicted)... go gut health!  Xoxo Chef Emery
